1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of VaseCrib, including its property listings, account features and related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for protecting your password. Do not share your account with another person or use the platform for unlawful or misleading activity.

3. VaseCrib’s role

VaseCrib provides a marketplace for property discovery and verification. We may inspect or review listing information, but users must still make their own decisions before renting, paying, or entering any agreement with an owner or agent.

4. Listings and information

Owners and agents must provide accurate, current and complete property information. We may correct, suspend, reject or remove a listing where information is incomplete, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with our verification process.

5. Acceptable use

You must not submit false listings, impersonate another person, harass users, scrape the platform, interfere with its security, or use VaseCrib to facilitate fraud. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

6. Payments and third parties

Any rental, inspection, processing or other payment must be reviewed carefully before you proceed. Where a payment service is offered, its additional terms may apply. Never send money based only on an unverified message or request.

7. Changes and contact
