VaseCrib respects your privacy and processes personal information only for legitimate platform purposes. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, username, email address, phone number, date of birth and profile image. Listers may also provide property details, photographs, videos and verification information. We may collect limited technical information required to secure and improve the platform.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, display and verify listings, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing and storage

We share information only where necessary to operate the platform, comply with law, protect users, or provide services requested by you. Property media may be stored with trusted infrastructure providers. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information.

5. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information where applicable. You may also object to or withdraw consent for processing that depends on consent. To make a request, contact vasecrib@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

6. Retention and updates

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, security, dispute handling or legal compliance. We may update this policy as the platform develops.

7. Limited site analytics

For service reliability and security, VaseCrib records a pseudonymous first-party session identifier, activity type (page visit, sign-up or sign-in), event time, normalized page name, broad device category and browser family. The restricted admin activity dashboard may also show the client IP address supplied by the hosting proxy and the browser-reported User-Agent, which can be incomplete or spoofed. IP addresses and User-Agents are removed after 30 days; pseudonymous activity records are removed after 90 days. We do not infer or display country or precise location from this data, and we do not include account email, raw URLs or query strings in the activity feed.
