VaseCrib payment and inspection policy

VaseCrib does not provide escrow and does not hold rent pending handover. Full-rent payments are processed through Paystack Transaction Splits, which routes the lister's rent and disclosed fees to the lister's verified Paystack subaccount when the payment succeeds. The seeker must review the complete fee breakdown before authorizing payment.

As an alternative, a seeker may pay only the stated inspection fee to request a physical viewing. The request is reviewed by VaseCrib administrators. If the property matches the verified listing, the inspection fee is not refundable. If it is unavailable or materially mismatched, an administrator may approve a refund of the inspection fee. The seeker pays rent separately only after deciding to proceed.

Once full rent has been split to the lister, VaseCrib cannot automatically reverse or refund it. Any exceptional recovery or transaction issue requires manual review and is subject to Paystack's available processes and applicable law. Paystack processing fees may be non-refundable. Never pay money to a lister, agent, or VaseCrib representative; make payments only through VaseCrib.
